Conflict Free Resolutions helps individuals, families, couples, and businesses to resolve their disputes by providing beneficial and effective dispute resolution services from the beginning to the end of a dispute. We view conflict as an opportunity for the people in the relationship to learn, to grow, and to seek a better understanding. Whether the goal is to end the relationship or to continue the relationship with slight modifications to its structure, we help clients triumph over the discord and disharmony in their relationships.
At Conflict Free Resolutions, we have more than 30 years of experience helping clients resolve their relationship disputes. Whether the dispute is between parents, parents and grandparents, couples, brother and sisters, spouses, business partners, non-profit organizations, or organizations large and small, we help craft cost-effective ways to help our clients end their disputes. Our neutrals are lawyers, mediators, arbitrators, special masters, and hearing officers who principal goal is to resolve the disputes so that our clients can go on with their lives, their relationships, and their businesses. BOBBY HARGES - OVER 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Mr. Harges is a native of Grenada, Mississippi. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University in 1982. After graduating from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1986, where he was the Moot Court finalist and the outstanding law graduate, he practiced law in New Orleans. In 1990, after graduating from Harvard Law school, he began teaching at the University of Mississippi School of Law, and in 1992 returned to New Orleans to teach at Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Mississippi.
Mr. Harges has over thirty-three years of experience handling matters in litigation, in both state and federal courts as an attorney, mediator, arbitrator, special master, and umpire in insurance appraisal matters. His practice areas include commercial and construction litigation. As an attorney, he has represented corporations, insurance companies, sureties, self-insured entities,
and small businesses. As a neutral mediator, arbitrator, special master, and umpire with over thirty (30) years of experience, he has handled over one thousand matters. Mr. Harges is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Magnolia Bar Association, the Mississippi Bar, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Since 1994, Mr. Harges has trained lawyers, judges, mental health professionals, law students, and various other professionals to be qualified mediators and arbitrators. He has also worked with numerous companies in training employees to be mediators and in designing employment dispute resolution programs. Mr. Harges has assisted in the design and implementation of dispute resolution programs with several national and local companies including The Boeing Company, Lockheed Martin, Stewart Enterprises, USDA National Finance Center, USDA Farm Service Agency, McGlinchey Stafford Law Firm, Baton Rouge Association of Realtors, and the Veterans Administration Medical Center Surgery Services.
